Next Day Service (UK only) - Orders placed after 1pm will be shipped the next day and can take up to 24-48 hours to arrive. Next day shipping does not apply on weekends or bank holidays.
Returns
Customers may
return goods for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of the
original purchase of the Contract subject to the goods being unworn and in its
original condition and packaging. Return postage will be paid by the customer
in such cases although we may re-reimburse postage fees if goods are being
returned due to being faulty. Please note certain goods are non-returnable
unless found to be faulty, such as earrings for reasons of hygiene and
safety.
